Its humidified holding system and individual heat and humidity controls help preserve texture and presentation from cookline to pass, ideal for banquets, catering routes, and healthcare meal delivery.
Streamline workflow with six pairs of adjustable tray slides that fit up to six 18" x 26" trays. Staff can quickly reconfigure spacing in 1-1/2" increments to accommodate mixed menus, from sheet pans to meal trays.
Designed for daily circulation, this mobile cabinet features a single flush-mounted door, recessed hand grips, and 5" casters for smooth transport—two rigid and two swivel with brakes for secure staging. A removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleaning, while the insulated, all-stainless construction stands up to heavy use.
