Stage carved meats, roasted vegetables, breads, or to-go items in a full-size 12" x 20" pan up to 6" deep. A single drawer with a magnetic workflow handle enables quick, confident pulls during a rush. Stainless steel interior and exterior and 4" legs support daily cleaning and durability.
Operators can verify settings at a glance on the digital displays, while low water and temperature alarms help safeguard product quality.
