Dial in precise environments to keep dough developing properly and finished product ready to serve. Support consistent quality while reducing recovery time between door openings.
Load up to 18 donut screens in 23"x33" or 23"x23" sizes on a removable stainless steel tray rack for fast staging and easy cleanup. A humidified holding system and removable water reservoir help prevent drying so glazes shine and textures stay tender. Insulated, all-stainless construction stands up to daily production and simplifies sanitation.
Two Dutch doors limit heat and moisture loss during loading to maintain cabinet conditions. Casters with two rigid and two swivel with brakes let you reposition the unit for cleaning or service lines. cULus and UL EPH Classified with IPX4 protection for demanding foodservice environments.
