The FWE Clymate IQ PHTT-4 is an undercounter heated mobile cabinet that streamlines hot holding while protecting food quality. Park it beneath a counter to keep pans within reach and accelerate plating on the cookline or during banquet service.
Four pairs of universal tray slides hold either four 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" pans. Slides are set on 4-1/2" centers and adjust in 1-1/2" increments to accommodate covered pans, sides, or pre-plated meals.
A humidified holding system with individual heat and humidity controls lets you tune the cabinet environment to maintain texture and temperature. The insulated, stainless steel cabinet includes a flush mounted door, recessed hand grips, and 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes for safe mobility. A removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleanup between services.
