Optimize hot-holding and service flow with the FWE Clymate IQ PHTT-4S-6 heated mobile cabinet. This double stack, insulated unit pairs a humidified holding system with individual heat & humidity controls for precisely managed conditions. Keep food ready for service without tying up production equipment.
Stage banquets, tray lines, or high-volume service with flexible capacity: (10) full-size 18" x 26" trays or (20) 12" x 20" trays on universal slides. Slides are set 4-1/2" on center and adjust in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. Load, hold, and reorganize as needed throughout the shift.
Built for daily use, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior, (2) flush mounted doors, and recessed hand grips. A removable water reservoir supports the humidified system, while 5" casters—(2) rigid and (2) swivel with brakes—aid positioning. cULus and UL EPH Classified with an IPX4 rating.
