Streamline holding and service with the FWE PHTT-6-CV Clymate IQ® heated cabinet. Controlled venting pairs with a humidified holding system to preserve ideal food texture—crisp for fried items, moist for roasts and vegetables—while individual heat and humidity controls let you fine-tune settings by menu.
Stage production efficiently using six pairs of universal slides that accept either six 18" x 26" trays or twelve 12" x 20" trays. Adjust slide spacing from 4-1/2 inches on center in 1-1/2 inch increments to fit varying tray depths so banquets, tray lines, and room service stay organized and on time.
Move the mobile cabinet wherever service demands thanks to 5-inch casters and recessed hand grips. A flush-mounted door improves clearance in tight aisles, and the removable water reservoir streamlines refills and cleaning. Stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and support fast sanitation.
