The FWE PHTT-6 Clymate IQ® heated cabinet streamlines hot food holding for high-volume operations. Use this heated mobile cabinet to stage entrees, sides, or plated meals while preserving appetizing results from prep to service. Its universal slide system accommodates common pan and tray sizes to simplify workflow.
Dial in conditions with a humidified holding system featuring individual heat and humidity controls. A removable water reservoir supports consistent moisture, while adjustable slides let you configure spacing for varied menu items. This flexibility keeps items ready for banquets, tray lines, or off-site service.
Built for daily use, the cabinet’s insulated, all-stainless construction resists wear and cleans easily. A flush-mounted door, recessed hand grips, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enhance maneuverability and safety. The PHTT-6 carries cULus and UL EPH Classified listings and an IPX4 rating for added confidence.
