This humidified system helps you proof dough or hold finished items at consistent quality with an adjustable thermostat and individual proofer controls. Insulated stainless steel construction supports even temperatures while resisting the rigors of busy kitchens.
Stage mixed menus with ease using (4) pairs of universal tray slides that accept either (4) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (8) 12" x 20" pans. Slides adjust on 1-1/2" increments, letting you fine-tune spacing for breads, sides, or plated components without reshuffling your lineup. A removable water reservoir simplifies humidity management and routine cleaning.
Move confidently from prep to the line with 3-1/2" swivel casters and positive brakes that lock the cabinet in place. A flush-mounted door helps maintain heat and reduces snags in tight corridors, supporting safer, smoother transport during banquets, catering, and high-volume service.
