The split-cavity design pairs FWE’s Humi-temp heat & humidity system with an adjustable thermostat to keep items at serving condition for banquets, tray lines, and off-site service. Recessed controls keep settings accessible yet out of the way during busy operations.
Each cavity holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on 2-5/8" fixed spacing, letting you stage entrées, sides, and garnishes without reshuffling. Load, secure, and transport with flush-mounted doors that support consistent holding. An insulated cabinet and removable humidifier pan streamline daily use and cleaning.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to constant movement. Push bars, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enable smooth, controlled mobility between prep, cook, and service areas. cULus and UL EPH Classified listings and an IPX4 rating suit professional foodservice standards.
