Engineered for high-volume holding, the FWE PS-1220-8 heated mobile cabinet keeps menu items hot and service-ready with controlled moisture. It accommodates (8) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on 2-5/8" fixed spacing, ideal for batch production and staggered service periods.
Streamline workflow on banquet lines, cafeteria tray service, or off-site catering. Push bars, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters help staff maneuver confidently through kitchens and corridors while the flush-mounted door and insulation help maintain cabinet temperatures during transport.
Dial in precise holding with the Humi-temp heat & humidity system and an adjustable thermostat, protected by recessed controls. A removable humidifier pan simplifies moisture management and cleanup, while the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and frequent sanitation.
