Simple mechanical controls let staff quickly set and monitor cabinet conditions during peak periods.
Load up to sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" GN 1/1 pans on stainless steel fixed slides spaced 2-5/8" on center for consistent airflow and easy access. A flush-mounted door helps retain heat and clears tight hallways. Solid formed push bars and a full bumper safeguard both the unit and your facility.
Move between prep, cook, and holding areas on 5" casters—two rigid for straight-line travel and two swivel with brakes for secure positioning. The 20-gauge stainless exterior and 22-gauge stainless interior stand up to daily use, while IPX4, UL, and UL EPH Classified listings support sanitation and compliance. Put it to work for banquets, catering transport, and back-of-house staging where timing and presentation matter.
