Organize high-volume menus with a double-compartment layout and two flush-mounted doors. Stainless steel fixed slides on 2-5/8" centers secure up to 20 GN 1/1 (12" x 20" x 2-1/2") pans, ideal for batch cooking, staging, and timed ticket waves.
Built for daily routes, the cabinet’s insulated 20-gauge stainless exterior and 22-gauge interior resist wear. Solid formed push bars, a full bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—streamline transport across kitchens, banquet halls, and tray lines.
