Its insulated, double-compartment design and top-mounted circulating heat keep prepared items at serving temperature while you stage, transport, and hold high volumes. Straightforward mechanical temperature controls let staff dial in settings quickly for reliable, repeatable results across busy shifts.
Load up to 32 GN 1/1 (12" x 20" x 2-1/2") pans on stainless steel fixed slides set 2-5/8" on center for dense capacity without crowding. Two flush-mounted doors open smoothly for fast access on the line, while solid formed push bars and a full bumper protect the cabinet as it moves through tight back-of-house spaces.
