Streamline cold holding for prep and service with the FWE R-30 mobile refrigerated cabinet. This commercial unit safeguards up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans within a precise 33°F–38°F range, ideal for batch-prepped ingredients, plated banquets, or bakery trays. Recessed electronic controls with a digital display let staff monitor and adjust temperatures quickly.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the R-30 stands up to daily traffic while the full perimeter bumper helps protect the cabinet during transport. A single solid door retains cold air between pulls and keeps contents presentation-ready for room service or catering lines. Adjustable, removable tray slides make it easy to reconfigure spacing for changing menus and pan loads.
A bottom-mounted compressor places the refrigeration system low to the floor. Four 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes, support smooth maneuvering from walk-in to plating areas. Use it to stage cold mise en place, hold desserts, or queue salads where your team needs them.
