Dual-cycle automatic controls and a digital display simplify operation for consistent results across menus. Configure the interior to changing demand with slides set 3 inches on center and adjustable to 1-1/2 inch increments. An insulated stainless steel cabinet and flush-mounted door help retain heat and support durability in demanding kitchens.
Roll between cookline, banquets, or satellite service on 5-inch casters with braking stability. Heat product up to 340°F, then hold up to 190°F until plating or transport. Ideal for batch retherm, catered events, and off-peak production schedules.
