This electric, mobile unit rethermalizes food up to 340°F, then transitions to precise holding up to 190°F to keep dishes ready for peak periods. Dual-cycle, automatic controls with a digital display simplify operation for consistent results.
Load up to (18) 18" x 26" trays or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to streamline banquets, trayline service, or on-site catering. Adjustable tray slides with 3" on-center spacing, tunable in 1-1/2" increments, let you configure the cabinet for mixed pan sizes and product heights. Insulated stainless steel construction and dutch doors help maintain temperatures while supporting quick access.
