Maximize space by loading (4) 18" x 26" trays/baskets or (8) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Flexible 3" on-center slides adjust in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus, batch sizes, and plating strategies.
Built for daily service, the insulated stainless steel cabinet with a flush mounted door locks in heat between stations. Move confidently across the kitchen or to remote serving lines with 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—ideal for banquet plating, trayline service, or off-site catering.
