Reheat and hold with precision using the FWE RH-6, an electric, mobile rethermalization & holding cabinet built for demanding foodservice workflows. It manages volume efficiently with capacity for (6) 18" x 26" trays/baskets or (12) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Dual-cycle, automatic controls rethermalize product, then transition to a steady hold to protect quality and timing.
Deploy it for banquet plating, off-site catering, or staging batch-cooked proteins and sides for the line. Adjustable rack spacing at 3" on center, fine-tunable in 1-1/2" increments, lets you configure for varying pan heights and menu mixes. A bright digital display makes temperature checks quick, with heating up to 340°F and holding up to 190°F.
