Dual-cycle automatic controls quickly bring chilled or cooked food back to serving temps, then hold precisely with a digital display. The stainless steel, insulated cabinet safeguards product quality from prep to pass.
Accommodate up to eight 18" x 26" trays or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, with slides set on 3" centers and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments to fit varying menu items. Heat up to 340°F for retherm and maintain up to 190°F for holding—ideal for banquet plating, hospital room service, and high-volume lines. A flush-mounted door reduces footprint while preserving heat.
