Move plated meals from cold to ready-to-serve with the FWE RH-B-12 rethermalizer-holding cabinet. Dual-cycle electric operation retherms and then holds at serving temperature, using standard controls adjustable up to 350°F. This workflow-friendly design helps chefs and operators time batches precisely for peak service.
Outfit the cabinet with twelve 13-1/2" x 26" wire baskets (sold separately), arranged two per slide across six slides set on 3-1/2" centers. With capacity for up to seventy-two 8-1/2" x 6-1/2" meal trays, you can stage multiple diet codes or menu sets at once. A single door front keeps loading straightforward during rush periods.
Built with stainless steel, the RH-B-12 stands up to daily trayline demands in healthcare, K-12, banquet, and correctional operations. Use it to retherm chilled entrees for room service or to stage pre-plated trays for efficient presentation. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified for safety and sanitation.
