Speed up trayline service and bulk reheating with the FWE RH-B-32 rethermalizer-holding cabinet. This electric, dual-cycle unit rethermalizes entrees and sides, then switches to holding up to 350°F to keep meals service-ready. It supports cafeterias, commissaries, and banquet operations where timing and consistency drive workflow.
Optimize throughput with fixed slides on 3-1/2" centers that accept 32 wire baskets sized 13-1/2" x 26" (two per slide; baskets sold separately). The cabinet accommodates up to 192 trays measuring 8-1/2" x 6-1/2", streamlining batch prep and timed delivery windows.
Built with stainless steel and two dutch doors, the RH-B-32 helps retain heat while allowing quick, targeted access on the line. Standard controls make setup straightforward across shifts, supporting reliable results from preheat through service.
