Equip your operation with the FWE RH-RB-26 rethermalizer-holding cabinet designed for roll-in racks. This electric, dual-cycle unit reheats product and then holds it for service, giving chefs and operators a smooth path from prep to plating. Roll in a compatible rack to stage bulk menu items with less handling and downtime.
Standard controls support consistent, day-to-day operation, and a 350°F maximum temperature accommodates a wide range of retherm needs. Put it to work for banquets, healthcare meal delivery, or cafeteria lines to keep production on schedule and service predictable.
Stainless steel construction, two dutch doors, and 6" legs align with busy back-of-house workflows. It accommodates one RRB-26 or one RR-1220-22 roll-in rack (sold separately), so teams can load a rack in advance and transition efficiently from retherm to hot holding.
