The FWE TS-1633-14 heated pizza cabinet streamlines high-volume holding for busy kitchens and front-of-house displays. Its Humi-Temp heat system with eye-level controls helps operators dial in holding conditions quickly. Configure for (14) 16" pans or switch to 18" boxes, and leverage (7) 18" x 26" tray positions at 3" spacing for flexible staging.
Keep slices ready for fast service on the line, back up the oven during rushes, or stage product for banquets and concessions without disrupting workflow. The insulated cabinet promotes consistent results from the first order to the last.
Built for daily demands, this mobile unit features a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior with a single stainless steel door. Four 2" swivel casters with brakes simplify positioning for prep, expo, or display.
