Scale service with capacity for up to (30) 16-inch pans or 18-inch pizza boxes, plus (15) 18" x 26" trays at 3" spacing. Three 18" x 26" shelves organize product for fast pulls and clean presentation. Ideal for pizzerias, cafeterias, stadium concessions, and catering ops.
The humi-temp heat system with eye level controls helps maintain consistent holding conditions and quick adjustments. A fully insulated cabinet with 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior stands up to daily use, while a stainless steel door retains heat. Four 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enhance maneuverability; UL, cULus, NSF, and IPX4 compliance supports safe, reliable operation.
