Its humi-temp heat system with eye-level controls helps you maintain serving temperatures while moving from prep to plating to the line. Universal tray slides accept 18" x 26", 14" x 18", 12" x 20", and GN 1/1 pans, giving you flexible staging across menus. Twelve pairs of slides adjust on 1-1/2" increments with 4-1/2" on-center spacing to fine-tune loadouts. Removable slides and uprights simplify cleaning and reconfiguration between services.
Maneuver confidently with push bar handles on each end, a full perimeter bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel. Insulated stainless steel construction supports product quality during transport. Listed UL, cULus, NSF, IPX4, and ENERGY STAR.
