The insulated stainless steel construction and Humi-Temp heat system maintain consistent holding conditions while contents travel. Eye-level controls let staff monitor and adjust without breaking stride.
Configure storage fast with 16 pairs of universal tray slides set on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Load a mix of 18" x 26" sheet pans, 14" x 18" trays, 12" x 20" pans, or GN 1/1. Removable slides and uprights simplify cleaning between turns.
Move confidently through tight corridors using push bar handles, a full-perimeter bumper, and 5" casters with both rigid and swivel positions. Dual doors speed access and help organize batches for banquets, trayline service, or off-site catering. Certified UL, cULus, NSF, and IPX4, it is built for dependable daily use in demanding operations.
