Universal tray slides accept 18 x 26 sheet pans, 14 x 18 trays, 12 x 20 hotel pans, and GN 1/1 pans, giving you the flexibility to stage banquets, cater off-site, or balance mixed menu production. With 20 pairs of slides set 4-1/2 inches on center and adjustable on 1-1/2 inch increments, you can configure spacing for covered pans, deli trays, or bakery items. Removable slides and uprights simplify cleaning between turns.
Stainless steel inside and out, along with a full perimeter bumper, stands up to daily transport through tight corridors.
