Boost holding performance and service flow with the FWE TS-1826-7-7 heated mobile cabinet. Its insulated, split-cavity design with two half doors pairs efficient heat retention with quick, targeted access. The Humi-Temp heat system with eye-level controls helps staff monitor and adjust conditions at a glance during peak periods.
Configure the interior to match your menu mix. Each cavity includes five pairs of universal tray slides, adjustable on 1-1/2 inch increments with 4-1/2 inch on-center spacing, to hold 18 x 26 sheet pans, 14 x 18 trays, 12 x 20 hotel pans, and GN 1/1. Removable slides and uprights streamline cleaning and speed changeovers between dayparts.
Built for demanding operations, this stainless steel cabinet rolls easily with push bar handles on each end and a full-perimeter bumper to protect walls and equipment. The 5 inch casters (2 rigid, 4 swivel) support smooth maneuvering across kitchens, banquet halls, and tray lines. UL, cULus, NSF, and IPX4 list
