Product Description
Keep cooked items hot and ready with the FWE TST-10 heated mobile cabinet. Its slim-line profile navigates tight back-of-house corridors while a forced-air heating system and insulated, flush-mounted door help maintain even temperatures. Recessed controls and an adjustable thermostat make it easy to fine-tune holding for different menus and service windows.
Ideal for banquets, cafeterias, hotels, and catering, the cabinet includes six pairs of tray slides to hold six 18" x 26" sheet pans or six 12" x 20" pans. Slides are 4-1/2" on center and adjust in 1-1/2" increments to accommodate various pan depths and packaging. Push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) streamline transport while protecting walls and equipment.
The stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and cleanup, and its IPX4 rating offers splash resistance in wet environments. cULus and UL EPH Classified listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
