Streamline hot holding and transport with the FWE TST-16 heated mobile cabinet. Its slim-line profile navigates tight corridors while a forced-air heating system and an adjustable thermostat deliver consistent holding performance.
Configure for the day’s menu using 11 pairs of tray slides that accept either 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" pans. The 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to fit entrees, sides, and covered hotel pans.
Move confidently from prep to pass with recessed controls, an insulated flush-mounted door, push bar handles, and a wraparound bumper. Durable stainless steel construction and 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) support smooth, safe maneuvering during banquets, catering, or room service.
