Move hot food securely through tight corridors with this slim-line heated mobile cabinet. Forced-air heating and an adjustable thermostat maintain uniform temperatures so plated meals, trays, or pans are ready when service calls.
Outfit banquets, school cafeterias, or healthcare meal delivery by loading (13) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (13) 12" x 20" pans on (13) pairs of tray slides. Slide spacing is 4-1/2" on center and adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to fit varied menu items.
Navigate busy kitchens with push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for confident stops. A fully insulated cabinet with a flush-mounted door and recessed controls supports safe, efficient workflows shift after shift.
