Streamline holding and service with the FWE TST-20 heated mobile cabinet, a slim-line solution built to keep trays organized and hot without wasting aisle space. Its forced-air heating and adjustable thermostat help maintain consistent results for banquet plating, tray lines, or off-site catering. Recessed controls and insulated, flush-mounted doors protect settings and heat while staff moves quickly.
Configure the interior to your menu with 12 pairs of tray slides that accept twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" pans. Slides are set on 4-1/2" centers and adjust in 1-1/2" increments, making it easy to switch from bulk items to plated meals.
Navigate tight corridors confidently with push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—for smooth transport and secure parking. Stainless steel construction and an IPX4 rating support daily cleaning and demanding foodservice environments.
