Keep service on schedule with the FWE TST-22SL heated holding cabinet. A top-mounted circulating heat system and electronic controls deliver precise 90° to 190°F holding for a wide range of menu items. The insulated, mobile design accommodates twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans with 5" on-center spacing to support high-volume staging.
Streamline workflow for banquets, catering, or tray service by positioning hot items exactly where they’re needed. Two field-reversible dutch doors with magnetic workflow handles support frequent access and flexible placement. All-braked 5" casters help you maneuver and secure the cabinet on the line or in prep areas.
Built to perform in demanding kitchens, the TST-22SL features a 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel interior. Six 18" x 26" shelves are included to organize pans and maximize capacity. IPX4, cULus, and UL EPH Classified compliance add confidence in busy, splash-prone environments.
