Its top-mounted circulating heat system delivers uniform temperatures, while electronic controls let you dial in precise settings from 90°F to 190°F. Use it to stage plated entrées, finish sides, or buffer production during rushes.
Streamline workflow across prep, cook, and serve. The cabinet holds four 18" x 26" sheet pans with 5" on-center spacing, ideal for batch cooking and timed service windows. Two included shelves support flexible loading and organized holding.
Built for daily operations, it features a rugged 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless interior. A field reversible door with a magnetic work flow door handle enhances access in tight spaces, and 2" all-braked casters keep the unit stable wherever you park it.
