FWE’s super duty queen mary enclosed cart, model UCE-415-62, streamlines high-volume transport and staging. Built of stainless steel with four 23-3/4" x 53-1/2" shelves, it organizes oversized trays and supplies with shelves spaced 15" apart. A 1600 lb capacity supports demanding back-of-house and banquet operations.
Navigate corridors and kitchens on 8" heavy-duty polyurethane casters with confident handling from heavy-duty push handles. The enclosed design consolidates loads, while each shelf features a front edge flanged down. A full extension bumper surrounds the cart to help safeguard equipment and fixtures during busy service.
Ideal for banquet service, catering routes, and facility-wide replenishment, this cart keeps workflows on schedule. Stage plated meals, smallwares, or bulk ingredients on the wide shelves, then roll directly to service points. Maintain an organized, professional presentation from prep to service.
