Four 24" x 57" shelves with flanged up edges keep loads organized and contained as you move through kitchens, prep areas, and corridors. Ideal for staging catered events, moving trays, or shuttling bulk ingredients between stations.
An open welded tubular frame and stainless steel construction stand up to daily use while maintaining a clean, professional presentation. Two heavy duty push handles give operators confident control in tight hallways and on loading docks. A full extension bumper helps protect walls, doorways, and equipment during busy service.
8" heavy duty polyurethane casters and a 1600 lb. capacity support rigorous workflows for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers. Shelf spacing of 9-1/2" streamlines loading, unloading, and separation of items to keep service moving.
