The FWE UCU-60-609AL queen mary cart streamlines high-volume food transport and staging across kitchens, banquets, and catering corridors. Move prepped product, trays, and supplies efficiently while keeping workflows clear and on schedule.
Six 27" x 60" shelves with flanged up edges help retain contents in motion and provide generous surface area. Shelves are spaced 9-1/2" apart to accommodate bulk items and stacked containers. An open welded tubular aluminum frame delivers strength without excess weight.
Confidently maneuver loads up to 1200 lb using the heavy-duty push handle and 8" poly casters. A full extension bumper helps protect walls, doors, and equipment during tight turns. Use it to stage banquet service, consolidate soiled wares, or transport ingredients between prep and service.
