Accommodate (10) 18" x 26" or (20) 12" x 20" pans on adjustable slides, standard 4-1/2" OC and configurable to 1-1/2" increments for tight menu turns. The top-mounted forced-air heating system and bottom-mounted compressor deliver rapid recovery and even airflow. Insulated stainless steel construction preserves temperature while the flush-mounted door and wrap-around bumper protect during transport.
