Independent electronic controls let you hold heated items at 90°F to 190°F while maintaining refrigerated foods at 33°F to 38°F. Deploy it on banquet lines, hospital tray assembly, or catered events to tighten timing and presentation.
Maximize capacity without sacrificing organization: each compartment accommodates (7) 18" x 26" or (14) 12" x 20" pans on 4-1/2" on-center rails, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus. A top-mounted forced-air heating system speeds heat distribution, while the bottom-mounted compressor delivers reliable refrigeration. Dial in precise holding with an adjustable thermostat for each side.
