The FWE UHS-10 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding with the Humi-temp heat & humidity system, helping you preserve texture and presentation from prep to service. Dial in results with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls to match changing menus and volumes.
Load flexibility drives workflow: (10) universal tray slides accept (10) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" pans, with 4-1/2" on-center spacing and 1-1/2" incremental adjustability for taller items. Use it to stage banquet plates, hold roasted proteins, or keep sides ready on cafeteria lines without compromising quality.
Built for demanding operations, the insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior resist wear and retain heat. Push bar handles, 5" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes), and a wraparound bumper improve mobility and protection, while a flush-mounted door with edgemount latch and removable humidifier pan simplify daily use. NSF, UL, cULus, and IPX4 credentials support confident deployment across the kitchen and beyond.
