The FWE UHS-12 heated mobile cabinet helps chefs and foodservice teams stage, hold, and transport hot menu items with confidence. Its Humi-temp heat & humidity system pairs with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls to maintain product quality across service windows. Insulated construction and a removable humidifier pan support consistent results from kitchen to line.
Configure the interior with 12 universal tray slides on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments to match changing production. Load, stage, and move with ease using push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes. A flush-mounted door with an edgemount latch helps retain heat during frequent openings.
Built in stainless steel inside and out, this quick ship cabinet withstands daily demand and cleans efficiently. Put it to work for banquets, tray assembly, catering routes, or off-hour holding to balance production with service.
