The FWE UHS-20 heated mobile cabinet streamlines holding and transport for busy kitchens, banquets, and catering lines. Its Humi-temp heat & humidity system, paired with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls, helps maintain appetizing temperature and moisture from prep to plate. Configure the loadout for service with 20 universal tray slides that accept 20 full-size 18" x 26" sheets or 40 12" x 20" pans.
Adapt quickly to menu changes using slides that adjust on 1-1/2" increments with 4-1/2" on-center spacing. Two flush mounted doors with edgemount latches support heat retention and smooth workflow. A fully insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior deliver durability for daily use.
Move confidently through tight corridors with 6" casters, push bar handles, and a wraparound bumper that protects walls and equipment. A removable humidifier pan simplifies cleanup, while the IPX4 rating and NSF, cULus, and UL listings support safe operation across demanding foodservice environments.
