Optimize hot holding and staging with the FWE UHS-4, an undercounter heated mobile cabinet engineered for fast-paced kitchens. The humi-temp heat & humidity system pairs with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls to help maintain ideal temperature and moisture for a wide range of menu items.
Configure space on the fly with four universal tray slides that accommodate either four 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" pans. Slides are set 4.5" on-center and adjust on 1.5" increments, making it easy to hold entrées for banquets, batch-cooked sides on the prep line, or plated meals for room service.
Built for daily service, this heated mobile cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior, a flush mounted door with an edgemount latch, and flush in-wall hand grips. Four 3.5" swivel casters with brakes simplify repositioning, while the removable humidifier pan streamlines cleaning between turns.
