Streamline holding and service with the FWE UHS-7-14 heated mobile cabinet. Its Humi-temp heat & humidity system preserves moisture and temperature so plated meals, hotel pans, and sheet pans are ready when service peaks.
Configure the interior to your lineup using (14) universal tray slides that accept either (14) 18" x 26" sheets or (28) 12" x 20" pans. With 4-1/2" on-center spacing and 1-1/2" incremental adjustments, you can stage entrées, sides, and banquets without bottlenecks.
Move confidently between prep, cookline, and banquet rooms using push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters—(2) rigid and (4) swivel with brakes. Two flush mounted doors with edgemount latches secure contents, while the insulated stainless steel cabinet and removable humidifier pan simplify cleanup and daily use.
