The FWE UHST-10 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding and transport in busy kitchens and tight corridors. Its slim-line footprint and top-mounted forced-air heating deliver consistent, even temperatures during staging, service, and back-of-house workflow.
Configure the cabinet to your menu with universal tray slides that accept (10) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" steam table pans. Adjust the thermostat from 90°F to 190°F and fine-tune slide spacing—4-1/2" on-center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments—to accommodate varied pan depths and production volumes.
Maneuver confidently with push bars, 5" casters, and a wraparound bumper that protects equipment and doorways. An insulated stainless steel cabinet with a flush-mounted door helps maintain heat while presenting a clean, durable exterior suited for banquets, tray-line service, and off-site catering.
