Designed to stage and transport full meal pans, it accommodates (14) 13" x 26" baskets or (7) 18" x 26" sheet pans with 4-inch on-center spacing. A top-mounted circulating heat system and electronic controls let you dial in 90°–190°F holding temperatures for reliable service.
Streamline banquets, room-service tray lines, and off-site catering with insulated performance that preserves quality during the rush and in transit. The field reversible door with a magnetic latch speeds workflow and adapts to tight spaces. Recessed hand grips, a rear tubular handle, and 5" casters (2 braked) help operators maneuver safely across the kitchen or venue.
