Its slim-line footprint moves easily through busy kitchens and tight corridors while the top-mounted forced-air system maintains consistent temperatures from 90°F to 190°F.
Configure the universal tray slides to fit changing menus—hold up to (20) 18" x 26" or (40) 12" x 20" pans, with slides set 4-1/2" on center and adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Dial in the adjustable thermostat to match production schedules for banquets, room service, or off-site catering.
Built for daily service, the insulated stainless steel cabinet protects food quality during staging and transport. Operators navigate with confidence using push bars, a wraparound bumper, and a 6" caster package with brakes, while dual flush-mounted doors support efficient loading.
