Its insulated construction and top-mounted circulating heat maintain even holding from 90° to 190°F with precise electronic controls. Load up to 22 of the 13" x 26" baskets or 11 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans on 4" on-center slides to stage courses by route or station. A field reversible door with a magnetic latch supports left- or right-hinged workflows and helps retain heat between stops.
Navigate tight back-of-house spaces using recessed hand grips, a rear tubular handle, and smooth-rolling 5" casters, with two braked for secure parking. The 20-gauge stainless exterior and 22-gauge stainless interior clean easily, while a 1-1/2" wraparound bumper helps guard walls and equipment.
