Keep service moving with the FWE UHST-28-B heated holding transport cabinet. This mobile, insulated unit accommodates up to (28) 13" x 26" baskets or (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans with 4" OC spacing, letting you stage entrees, sides, or plated components right where they’re needed. Electronic temperature controls set from 90°F to 190°F to help maintain food quality from kitchen to line.
A top-mounted circulating heat system preserves valuable interior space and helps sustain consistent cabinet temps during transport. The field reversible door with magnetic latch supports flexible placement, while the 1-1/2" wraparound full bumper protects equipment and surroundings in tight corridors. Recessed hand grips, a rear tubular handle, and 5" casters (2 braked) simplify maneuvering.
