The FWE UHST-5 heated mobile cabinet streamlines hot holding in tight back-of-house corridors and busy service areas. Its slim-line profile and top-mounted forced-air system help maintain consistent temperatures from 90°F to 190°F, so plated entrées, sheet pans, and hotel pans are ready when you are. Leverage precise control to stage batches for banquets, room service, or late rushes without sacrificing quality.
Configure the interior in seconds with five pairs of universal tray slides, standard at 4.5" on-center and adjustable in 1.5" increments. Swap between (5) 18" x 26" pans or (10) 12" x 20" pans to match menu mix and timing. A flush-mounted door and insulated cabinet work together to retain heat during holds and transport.
Maneuver confidently with push bars, a wraparound bumper, and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for stable parking at the line or in the hall. Built of stainless steel for daily commercial use, the UHST-5 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for added protection. Deploy it to speed plated service, stage sides for buffets, or consolidate hot production for off-site events.
